Children's  Crewneck and Cardigans, Adult Crewneck and Cardigan Sweaters and Wool Hats, Scarves and Mittens come in traditional wool or merino wool.  Hand Knit sweaters are much heavier than hand loomed sweaters. Brown leather buttons have been replaced with replica plastic  buttons so sweaters can be washed without staining.  If you want leather buttons on a hand knit sweater please let us know.  Custom handknit sweaters take a few weeks longer but can be supplied in long sleeve or long back length as well as shorter sleeves. Bainin or the natural color sheep wool is the most popular color but we also have natural brown or black sheep sweaters as a custom order.  Black and brown sheep wool is much denser and a tighter knit.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payments and checks or money orders. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet but remember the secure shopping cart is safer than email

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Most order are sent UPS and we charge $9.50. Certain items such as stained glass require more postage and we charge accordingly.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you UPS but if you prefer mail please let us know.
Back Orders If we have the item in stock we will send asap but if we have to order it will be about 3 weeks. Please let us know if you have an event date.
Tax Charges For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be apllied to all in state orders. Our business is operated from New Jersey
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy We don't accept packages we don't expect so all returns must be authorized. Most items have a 10% restocking fee but wearing apparel has a 25% restocking fee. We offer 100% store credit on most returns. Custom orders are not returnable for refund or exchange. All returns must be made within 20 days.


If you don't get a response from email, please call or write. All major credit cards and checks accepted. Orders are not returnable without authorization. All prices are in US dollars. We insure all shipments for full value. We are not responsible if you are charged tax and import duties if out of US, please check with your postal or UPS for fees. We will exchange for full store credit if item can be resold, is in perfect condition and was not a custom order. Refunds have a restocking fee of 10% on items over $50, $10 under $50 and 25% on wearable apparel and we do not refund shipping. For security reasons we do not open unexpected packages so all merchandise must be authorized to be returned or it will be refused. We do not pick up merchandise, even if reported as defective. Orders may not be cancelled after 48 hrs or returned after 20 days. Dance shoes are not returnable or any clothing or jewelry such as socks or earrings that would not be sanitary to resell. Not responsible for typing errors. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in the price of precious metals and the exchange rate.
 NOTE! Billing Address must match your credit card for us to get an authorization!
If we attempt to charge a debit card and we don't get an address match your bank will still attempt to block that amount from your account. We are not responsible for any bank fees is we make a correction on your charge. We reserve the right to charge a nominal fee when we don't get a match on your billing address because we are charged for a "no match" . We will contact you for correct address first. We also charge a nominal fee if the shipping address is wrong and UPS bills us for address correction.
