CelticUSA.com Policy, Terms and Conditions of Sale
CelticUsa.com strives to fill all orders correctly but occasionly things don't go as planned. If you receive the wrong item or it is defective follow the instructions below.

Call or email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain a RMA please call 609 335 0582 or email rita@celticusa.com. A Return Authorization Number will be given to you. over the phone or by email.

1. Mark the Return Merchandise Authorization Number on the outside of the carton.
2. Return item in original condition and packaging within 30 days.
3. When making a Return Merchandise Authorization request include the last 3 digits of the invoice number, the reason for return and a description of the damage or your concern.
4. Shipping damage should be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of goods Original packing must be retained until the claim is processed. Normal time to process your return is 10-14 days of receipt of package.
5. Package well, insure for full value save tracking number and receipts. Send normal delivery and we will reimburse your shipping. Your packaging fees are not reimbursable. Please call before returning any order so we can supply a street address and watch for it.

Only merchandise shipped by CelticUsa.com  and having a current RMA will be considered for refund or credit.
CelticUsa.com will only process credits for returns reported within 30 days of receipt of the goods.


We hope you understand our policy. If you have any questions please let us know. If you need to replace an order in a hurry call us at 732-583-9199 or email and with your permission will bill your credit card for the reorder until the previous order is returned.

If you don't get a response from email, please call or write. We are not responsible if you are charged tax and import duties if out of US, please check with your postal or UPS for fees. EXCHANGES are in the form of a Gift Certificate for full store credit if item can be resold, is in perfect condition and was not a custom order. REFUNDS have a restocking fee of 10% on most items, 25% on wearable apparel such as Communion dresses, Christening dresses and sweaters - we do not refund shipping on returns. We do not pick up merchandise but will refund the shipping to return it to us if defective or wrong item was sent by us. Orders may not be cancelled after 48 hrs or returned after 30 days. Clothing or jewelry cannot be returned such as socks or earrings that would not be sanitary to resell. Not responsible for typing errors. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in the price of precious metals and the dollar exchange rate.
NOTE! Billing Address must match your credit card for us to get an authorization!
If we attempt to charge a debit card and we don't get an address match your bank will still attempt to block that amount from your account. We are not responsible for any bank fees this might cause. We also charge a nominal fee if the shipping address is wrong and UPS bills us for address correction.
